The Harry Potter World was fantastic and unbeatable better then anything else. So nice Souvenirs, but unfortunatly seriously a way to expensiv. Easy ticket entrance and nice and friendly staff. I was heaps dissapointed from the Super Mario World Rides tho. Not worth it at all to wait in a queue for that! The queues in generell were to long, we missed out on heaps of things because of that. But those details in the Mario world were awesome, good on you! the Jurassic World and Harry potter world were my favourites

The first one we went on was pretty amazing. I can't remember exactly the name of it. But I think it was called:Dreamland or something like that. It was the 1st actual roller coaster ride that scared me but was also fun. In Canada,we have a smaller one, wooden one but it's not as fun as this one.
The whole venue was excellent we were there from 915am till close. However the crowds were to much and too many people jammed in attractions, need better crowd control and better access it was hot and no shade lining up for 40 -60+ mins is unacceptable.
I should have planned my visit better, because I found myself queuing for rides I ended up finding quite boring instead of ones I would have really loved. The Harry Potter one is INSANE!!!! So worth it, honestly. Nintendo world it overhyped, you don't need to go there if you'd rather save the extra money. My entry time to Nintendo World was SO LATE- at 17:20- so I barely had any time in there, because although it says online that the park shuts at 21:00, it shut at 19:00 when I went. Which means all the rides shut at 18:00. Quite sad.
Everything was great except for they closed down two rides too early but the set up out there was amazing and everybody was so friendly. I had a good time and look forward to coming back and doing it again.
We loved everything — the staff and the attractions. Everything was perfect. We're sorry about the final show that was canceled due to the water.
I was totally disappointed because the way who can enter the Nintendo world was chosen by lottery, for which we could applied only once. This the own park that I have wver visit with "lottery " area. Additionally I was not able to use one of the attraction because of body restrictions. On the top on one of the attraction it was done absolutly unapproved joke with my husband that he is to fat.
Universal has some spectacular rides, it's a place that everyone should visit, they are unique experiences that last for a long time in our hearts, I've visited 6 times and every time I leave amazed, I recommend it to everyone.

So we booked super late and still had an amazing day. The express pass was worth every penny and the park is amazing after dark!
Harry Potter Theme park was Amazing. Fantastic jurassic park show. Bad was the Way to Long lines for the rides. 140 minutes??? Thats a joke.
Incredible place, suggest you book two full days to explore and see the shows on offer. Everything organized and clean. Central restaurant with good food at a fair price. We'll definitely be back.

Flying dinosaur was the best we have tried. Queues coild be a little long however if you do not have a fast track ticket. About an hour and half for Harry Potter 😵💫
Amazing experience! We arrived at 8:00 AM (the park opened at 8:30), which gave us a great head start. As soon as we got in, we headed straight to Super Nintendo World and enjoyed every bit of it. The longest wait was for Donkey Kong — but totally worth it! We stayed until 9:00 PM and managed to do all the thrill rides and scream-worthy attractions. Our top favorites: The Flying Dinosaur, Hollywood Dream, and Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey — absolutely unforgettable! We visited Universal Studios as a family with two teenagers, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Japan!
We weren't able to choose the time of the queue-cutting tickets, which were scheduled for the end of the day between 6pm and 8.30pm and had to be queued one after the other, which wasn't great for discovering and enjoying the universe we were in. It wasn't possible to change the times, so we queued like everyone else. When we read the descriptions of the offers, we understood that entry to Super Nintendo World had to be paid for separately, and that's why we'd taken the express pass, when in reality it wasn't necessary. What's more, there's no point in having a ticket for the minions attraction, there's hardly any waiting time and Jaws was out of order. The pass was of no use to us, it was a totally unnecessary expense, a simple ticket is more than enough. On the other hand, Universal Studios is really worth it, we had a blast, just with the universes and sets and with the few attractions we did, and the simple entry ticket worked without a hitch.

Queues weren't bad, even managed to get on the The Flying Dinosaur 3 times. Nintendo World and Harry Potter World were just fabulous, felt fully immersed and like a child again!
Beautiful park, but far too many people for so few attractions, which is a shame. Time reservation for Nintendo World, but it's a shame it's even more crowded there (2-hour queue on average per attraction). Otherwise, the attractions were great

Too expensive while only Mario world required fast track rest was pretty much could access without fasttrack . I wish they include more rides for such a high price .
There should be defined levels for each experience (from yound kids to adults). The information on the tickets (for skipping the lines) were not clear and consistent with the on-site information provided in the venue. It was very confusing.
no problems with the tickets. the slot time for Nintendo world and Harry potter were to short. But there were no Problems with getting in later - Even with the express pass for the forbidden Journey.
It was not specified when buying tickets that there are only certain times you can take certain rides and the fast pass was also not for all the rides.
We got the tickets last minute and were not sure that if it is gonna work out! But everything went smoothly! Just a tip: you can have ticket on the studio app after they scan the it at the gate!
It was a very nice experience, but if the details about the location of the game were better, as we didn't know the name of the donky king game from the list, and as first-time visitors to the park, we didn't know the names of the games.

Beautiful experience at Universal Studio. My favorite air Nintendo World and I really enjoyed all the attention there. Too bad you can't buy the donkey kong attraction separately and the others in my opinion magare in the package you choose not all the attractions interest you.

Hollywood Dream roller coaster was great. I could only stay in the park until mid afternoon, so the ability to skip most of the waiting meant I got to do all the rides i wanted to.
Mine cart madness was my most memorable ride. Nintendo world overall was my favourite part. Lots of interactive parts to it.
I was amazed by Nintendo world and the rollercasters
All the staff were amazing and very approachable. The all kept wishing me happy birthday to me and that made my day
Jurassic ride was awesome and all rides were next level enjoyment. Fantastic day out!
Harry Potter theme. Lot of rain didn't dampen our spirit
The rollercoaster at Jurassic World was absolutely mega.

Too many people. Fast track not really that fast (not as fast as in the US Universal Studio). We only could do 5 attractions in one day which is very little.
Definitely the Harry Potter ride it's a must to experience. Loved the atmosphere and the people, it's indeed a place that brings joy. Will for sure come back, still pending of Mario world visit! Thank you Osaka for the great memories!

Expo Osaka is a memorable event. My favorite pavilions are Portugal, France and Korea and be sure to be present for the water and air night show. Ofcorse there should be other fantastic pavilions but it's not possible to visit all of them in two days. For example the German one outside is great but I couldn't get in. There are also nice ideas, add the bamboo bench

The performances, the architecture, the vibes were cool. Additional things I didn't like - I also didn't like how confusing everything was - it was very hectic and unorganized in a lot of places and it was hard to get good photos due to people walking in the way. I didn't know you needed reservations for some of the exhibits - or when I went to a certain exhibit they were only accepting reservations at that time so I didn't get to enter. I thought the price was too expensive for what I got.

The process for obtaining a ticket and a specific entry time is too complicated, and the process for getting into a Pavilion was impossibly difficult. So frustrating. Enormously long queues and impossible to get into a pavillion using the App.
The first one we went on was pretty amazing. I can't remember exactly the name of it. But I think it was called:Dreamland or something like that. It was the 1st actual roller coaster ride that scared me but was also fun. In Canada,we have a smaller one, wooden one but it's not as fun as this one.

Great diversity in pavillions, good organization, beautiful lightshow at the end of the day, but the higlight is the design: the wooden ring around the Expo, with beautiful greens and flowers and soothing music!
The instructions for entering the enclosure were not clear, and the tickets were very difficult to unload and find.
View original review in Spanish
I liked the expo and the multicultural feeling. Great buildings, nice atmosphere, nice people. Nice to experience it! But oh God, how difficult can it be to get the tickets done?! Registration here, mail there, code here,...
Quite sad.
Queues were frustrating. Head out website didn't forward the QR code tickets. Or they said they had but they didn't download. Buying tickets was easy, but then trying to get onto expo website to load them there took over 2 hours. Not sure if this was of heavy usage or what. Basically of all the ticketing sites I have used this would be the most cumbersome. Expo fine . We booked late so I acknowledge we couldn't make reservations but access to a lot of things was impossible. I will recommend to others to book early or not bother. We were in Japan so attended on a whim. I wouldn't do again unless I planned ahead so we could get into More of the pavilions. There seems to me something morally wrong to charge people to enter and then you have to queue for access to something you want to see for a further 2 hours. Suggests to me you are letting too many people in at once Getting through gates into expo however was quite efficient.
Everything was great except for they closed down two rides too early but the set up out there was amazing and everybody was so friendly. I had a good time and look forward to coming back and doing it again.
Wasn't able to see the attraction that I mainly went for. Didn't realize you had to make reservations on top of the tickets. Reservations were completely booked out before I even made it to the attraction.
We loved everything — the staff and the attractions. Everything was perfect. We're sorry about the final show that was canceled due to the water.
I was having a problem on arrival to download my tickets. A volunteer came up to me and took us straight through. Loved visiting it was fabulous.

All the attractions, the kindness of the people and all the things we could see. Everything was amazing! Certainly there are many lines, especially in the main attractions, you have to buy the express pass. I also appreciate the honesty of the Japanese culture, I lost my cell phone and the next day I returned to the park and they gave it back to me. I was impressed because I thought they would not find it.

Osaka castle itself was not really what I expected. It is essentially a modern building in an old looking coat. Check-in through the website was very good. Quick easy and soooo happy to avoid the queues.
The highlight of my visit was the view from the top. And the skip the line ticket purchase was fantastic and saved us 30 minutes

It was so easy. We arrived at the castle without a ticket and jumped online to find a ticket while we were standing in the queue. We finished the order and received our tickets in under a minute, just in time to show our QR code to the attendant and walk straight in. Saving 30 minutes of lining up!
Osaka castle was great - my only piece of feedback is around crowd management. Specifically, I note that the inside of Osaka castle is very large (and beautiful) but I wonder if too many people were let inside in case of an emergency. If all people attempted to evacuate at the same time I wonder if the site could be evacuated properly.
When I realised that online tickets didn't have a line, I purchased straight away online. Amazing experience, super easy and we were in within 5 mins. Would highly recommend. The castle was amazing. Great addition to our trip. 😀
I got my tickets online within 2 minutes, while standing in front of the Osaka castle, watching the hundreds of people who were lining up to buy their tickets at the ticket office. Payment using Apple Pay was done within seconds. In another minute, I could bypass the crowds and was able to enter the castle! Awesome!
It was really convenient to akip the big line to buy tickets. The castle is beautiful, but the museum inside is too crowded, didn't enjoy as much as I would like to. The garden outside is gorgeous.
Harry Potter Theme park was Amazing. Fantastic jurassic park show. Bad was the Way to Long lines for the rides. 140 minutes??? Thats a joke.

It was great! Had so many inclusions ! We enjoyed the experiences more than anything! Got to go to a Giant ferris wheel, ride on the Osaka metro. Enjoyed the Osaka castle. There were probably few other things I'm sure we missed. Wish it had a little more specifics about what it included especially with the activities and Trains.. for example did you know it doesn't include the entirety of the nankai line? Especially out to izumisano. More details on what's included would be great so people who like to be prepared know what they're in for and can plan and accommodate.

COnvienent. Also shorter (no) ticket line at Osaka castle. WOuld have been great, but there is no Wifi and data reception at the turnstiles in Ebisuchō Station. I had to go to an exit and run back to the turnstile before 60 seconds was up.
The experience was excellent and with the tickets we were able to do many activities and save money. I recommend using the pass to anyone going to Osaka.

It was fantastic! Free buses, Free Metros, many attractions. Awesome experience at a minimal cost. I think one day is not enough. I recommend a two day travel to cover everything available in Osaka. Top pick.
Universal has some spectacular rides, it's a place that everyone should visit, they are unique experiences that last for a long time in our hearts, I've visited 6 times and every time I leave amazed, I recommend it to everyone.

We made it so the ticket was well worth it. We traveled by bus and visited many facilities, like osaka castle, history museum, Kinutani art museum, ferris wheel...

Very good experience!!! I was looking forward to go, because I could realize my dream of knowing the Nintendo world, especially for my favorite game. donkey was the best of life. Thank you very much, it was easy to make the purchase and also fulfills what one contracts. Regards

Truly impressive, built to the smallest detail. I spent the whole day. Super Nintendo world TOP. Too bad about the very long lines and waits, but it fits given the amount of people there.

The rides were fun, quick to queue and definitely worth the €60 entrance fee. The backdrops are also incorrigible and unique.

Head out é star impeccable with the tickets. Both for the speed with which they communicated and emailed me the tickets , and for the service received in general. We had no problems at all and the park attractions were great!

Fantastic view from the top of Osaka amid but very original glass structure containing an extra luxury shopping mall. Recommended

Would be nice if you also included the timed entry tickets or even just clear instructions. You cannot get them on the day.. you must book them in advance on the USJ app. That should've been more clear. We missed out on that part of the park and were very disappointed.
