Our family visit to Universal Studios Japan was nothing short of spectacular. As a group of five, including a young child and teens, we were looking for a theme park that could delight every age—and Universal delivered beyond our expectations. We purchased our tickets in advance via the Headout app, which made the process easy and reliable. Everything went smoothly at the entrance, and we highly recommend this method for anyone planning a visit. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was vibrant, clean, and extremely well-organized. The themed areas were immersive and full of surprises. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter was a dream come true for our daughters, while the Super Nintendo World left us in awe with its attention to detail and interactive features. Even our 7-year-old had an amazing time, especially in Minion Park and on family-friendly rides. What impressed us most was the level of hospitality from the staff—always kind, helpful, and efficient even when the park was busy. We used the Express Pass, which made our experience smooth and stress-free, minimizing wait times and allowing us to enjoy more attractions. We also appreciated the range of dining options available, including both themed restaurants and more casual eateries with Japanese and Western food. Everything was clean, clearly marked, and surprisingly well-priced for a theme park. This was definitely a highlight of our family trip to Japan. Headout was amazing, and easy to use. Would highly recommend. I definitely recommend getting the Timed entry and express pass package as well without this package we would have been stuck in ridiculously long lines.

It was so great to skip lines, we would not have managed in 37 degree heat any other way. The parent switch and express passes meant we got to see a lot more of the park than we would have otherwise. Harry Potter forbidden ride was a favourite and the minions mayhem.

It's a very good experience. It was too short for too much experiences to enjoy! The flight of dinosaur was the hardest but unfortunately only 1 time to enjoy.

Excellent rides with very enthusiastic personnel who was always smiling and were extremely positive all the time!

The express pass worked perfectly. Totally digital with barcodes, handy at hand and easy to use. I would highly recommend to buy an express pass prior to going to universal studios. It is packed crowded there and queueing for many hours can make the experience much less enjoyable.

It was easy to buy, although some of the instructions weren't clear, but in practice they were easier than I thought. Everything worked well and all we had to do was present the qr code they sent us. Reliable and everything went well. The park was crowded but well organized, clean and beautiful.

We still had to wait over 35 mins when skipping the main queue. At some rides we waited close to 40 mins when we were supposed to skip the main queue

Loved the harry potter world. Wished we also had the express pass for nintendo world. Just present the ticket and everything went smoothly

This is one of the best experiences, if you are determined to visit Universal, you should buy the express pass, you will save a lot of time in the attractions.

Couldn't get the express pass we wanted when planning trip to Osaka, thought we'd just skip Universal. But couple days prior looked to see any additional released and were so grateful to find just what we wanted on Headout! Excellent day, better because didn't have to worry about lines for busiest rides. First time using Headout, tickets and passes delivered promptly and worked perfectly!

Professional organisation and kind staff everywhere! Great rides. The eypress pass was valuable given the limited time we had for visiting the park: one day only; and the crowd at the rides.

Harry Potter and Mario Card were super fun and unforgettable. The virtual ride on Spy ex Family was also great. The laser gun in Minions was unfortunately very disappointing.

Today was a very nice day at Universal Studios, Osaka. We took the express pass. I believe it is a must in order to avoid waiting more than an hour for most of the activities. It was very, very hot today they were giving out salt tablets, which were very appreciated.

Expensive but easy to buy and quite convenient when you're coming just once in your life time here. If possible go for the 4 or 7 express pass and don't forget to make the line to get into the Ninentod world earlier than the time you have assigned, at least 30 minutes prior.

I loved the most SpyXFamily with the combination of VR and real moving sensations of the attraction. Express tickets were very useful and allowed us to do a lot more attractions than if we didn't had them. And I also wanted to say that the crew members were all so kind with us, so joyful it was a real pleasure to be there.

Technically even though we had timed entry tickets the park let everyone in no timed entry required . Do to this was very crowded and felt waste of money for that part. However the fast passes for the rides were great and worked as they should

The universal studio's are a very must see and visit in Japan!! In Osaka!

Great theme park. The different areas and themes are a cool touch. Enjoyed the Jurassic park area and rides. America themed avenues and boulevards are cool too. It's a great day out and I enjoyed it even more than I thought I would. Ended up buying merchandise which is hard to resist ultimately with the amount of shops to buy in there. Super Nintendo world is a must whilst in Japan and at this park.

All the rides were fun, as usual big 60 min Lines but what can you do. Food and drinks were abundant as you need then to break up the line waits. Live shows were kid and adult friendly. All in all a great day in extreme temps. Staff were fantastic and approachable.

I loved the park design and intuitive nature of the walking paths always having something interesting to show. I also want to thank the park employees who were very kind and friendly. The food at the jurassic café was also delicious.

Everything felt just right, from wait times, to the rides, to the timed events and the queues! This was a wonderful experience and I would love to come here again!

It was a hot day with lots of people but the experience was unforgettable. The different parts of the Universal Studios were beautiful in their own ways as well as the rides. I especially loved the Harry Potter ride that felt so real and the decorations inside and outside the Hogwart castle.

The whole experience was magical. Despite the long lines, which you eventually get used to, we had a wonderful time on the rides and the various experiences.

I would have loved to do the Jurassic Park ride, but this attraction was not available. But I was able to do quite a few attractions. The other Jurassic Park attraction (for the faint of heart), Family Spy (I loved it), Jaws (I was transported back to my childhood), Harry Potter (mind-blowing). I chose not to do the Nintendo part, because even with the timed entry system, the waiting time on some attractions was 2 hours or more.

Purchased both entry and fast passes though Headout and couldn't have been happier. Arrived at the park at 8:30am and walked practically straight in. The park was amazing and the refillable drink fountains were a bonus. Recommend the fast past in summer to avoid waiting in the heat although the lines moved very fast regardless.

Super! It was really cool, I rode all the roller coasters, visited all the most important attractions. The lines are very long, but it is not difficult to stand in them even for an hour, part of the line is in an interesting setting or with cartoons. We watched one show, it is difficult for those who do not know Japanese, we could not communicate with the host. We did not eat, because it was very hot, but I want to note the butter beer, it was very tasty.

The theming is perfect, each area is spectacular, the rides except for 3 roller coasters, most of them are for small children.

Good fun and easy to get round most of all the rides in 1 full day. It was not that exsoensive and good value for money compared to other parks

For the cost of express tickets 4 passes is very little ! In addition, the times for timed areas cannot be decided so we had to wait all Afternoon for the Nintendo area and enjoy it x very little (almost nothing !) . For the included attractions the express is valid . But at the Nintendo area at the Mario kart carousel we were still 40 min in line (the fault of the park organization ) . In short the expense is not worth the effort !

Harry Potter and Hollywood Ride.

Amazing attractions despite being completely crowded. Go with express pass if you can to save you time in the lines. Get the ticket as soon as possible because attractions in Japan may be sold out before you even try to buy. Universal Studios totally worth it!

Being able to buy last minute - a Universal Studio Japan hard-to-get fast past for December at Headout made the trip to Univeral Studio Japan most worth it and memorable ! Ticket is easy to use.

Favorite area: Jurassic park. The express pass undoubtedly makes it easier to visit the park.

Head out was quick and easy-I had no problems with my fast pass for Universal. I do prefer Disneyland over Universal as there are not as many rides but Harry Potter and Mario were great fun.

Visiting Super Nintendo world was amazing, you definitely need an express pass for some of the rides. The queues are long and the park is very packed - much busier than any other I've been too. If you can be patient and wait it out - it's amazing, my daughter only went on two rides the entire day but said it was the best!!! Highly recommend

We were only allowed to go to Super Mario world from 19:10 and had to leave again at 21:00 and queue for a long time at the attractions so that we could only ride once... there just wasn't enough time . .

Most of the rides i got were closed due to Maintenance. Jaws closed on the day of my ticket and Jurassic Park was closed also. So i wasnt able to really use my ticket. Also sad to know SuperMario Land was open to the public by 7pm. So even if i didnt have this ticket, I could have entered the venue. Felt I wasnt able to fully use the ticket. ☹️

My son was denied entry into Super Nintendo World as the one event we had scheduled was for 7:20pm so they wouldn't let him in. By the time we went back at 7pm- tickets were not even needed so basically I wasted over $400 on express tickets. Park closes early so barely enough time to ride anything in Nintendoland, with the long lines as you can't get the rides you want in one pass. Do not recommend buying in advance- wait until you are at the park- you may not even need them to get into Super Nintendo World.

We had a ticket to enter Nintendo World at 17:30 but the attractions closed at 18:00. We were very disappointed. We didn't get to do the attractions we wanted.

Wel, with the expo it was amazing. I have been to other expos before and this one was incredible too. With headout, getting the tickets and being able to reserve online for the time that we wanted to go to, was just efficient and really effortless.

I liked how I got access to a lot of architecture from different countries and the food. There was also gardens that had fish underneath that was nice.

ENJOYED UNIVERSAL STUDIO AND INSIDE EXPO. But it was really gard to get the QR code usibg the THE EXPO link. was not able to reserve to pavillonn i like due to that problem.
