Absolute fucking con. Paid for a ticket. Blurb said downloadable ticket which it wasn't! Had to go to a soecif almost impossible to find location which took almost 6 hours to find! So virtually wasting a whole day, only to be told that the ticket which was booked for that day the 8th July had in fact expired at 23.59 pm on the 7th July. Never again would I use the awful rip off company. Bad reviews placed on trip advisor, Facebook and you tube to warn others of this scam..

I feel stolen for letting me buy ticket for the day after, but after payment ticket was not available until the next day, without any warning about. I had to buy new tickets at the station, and support refused to refund me. I will totally aware people to not use this service. Best Regards,

18840808. Arrival Osaka July 3 at 7pm. Impossible to get our RAPIT NANKAÏ tickets via the app. I clicked on the link that sent me to a page asking me to fetch the code sent by e-mail, and when I came back to the app, the page had disappeared. I went round in circles like that ten times. I finally bought tickets at the ticket office for myself and my 14-year-old daughter. I request a refund for my two RAPIT NANKAÏ EXPRESS tickets.

I was worried at first because we didn't receive the e-tickets right away and I had to contact customer service twice. Luckily, when we landed in Osaka, I checked my email and the tickets were in my inbox. Getting to the train was easy because of the explanations we received. We were especially glad that we didn't have to wait like many other people did to exchange our tickets.

I could get the vouchers but was unable to get the actual passes. Would have been relatively easy if we were in Tokyo, but directions are not set up for other major cities like Kyoto or Osaka.

The ability to get on and off the train was good. I thought the price of a two-day ticket was extremely affordable. It was somewhat confusing as a tourist to understand how the train lines differ. It was confusing to understand which lines were available to ride or where to exchange tickets.

Car was clean n right on schedule. The exchange of tickets n reservation was a bit complicated, but the price is of good value.

Booking online was straightforward and comfortable. Exchange at Kansai intl. Airport same - should say I have done this before. I had a great time with the JR West Wide Area Pass. Going to and around in Okayama, Kurashiki, Kobe and plenty of places inside Osaka. Only thing - I almost deleted your email titling »Your experience in Tokyo«. Maybe you should be a bit mire careful about these lines if you want more reviews? :)

I was told about the Amazing Pass through a friend who just recently visited Japan and Im very glad I ended up getting the pass for my party of 4. It turned out to be very convenient and I was able to get my money's worth through all the attractions and transit fees I didn't have to pay for individually. It also encouraged us to do more in Osaka than we ha ld originally planned. I highly recommend this pass if you are able to get it.

Many cool attractions are included and traveling by metro is very uncomplicated. The fact that the Qr code expires after 1 minute is sometimes annoying

We skipped several lines (for examole, a 30min wait to but tickets to osaka's castle). It was easy to move around the city with the bus/train/metro included.

Such an easy and cost effective way to take In many sites of Osaka. Having entry plus travel sorted was a huge benefit! Thoroughly recommend this pass

Ticketing was great - right to the front of the queue - saved lots of time. Best experience was going up the towers for the views.

Bought it mostly to visit Osaka castle. It's quite nice to visit it without waiting in line. Also used it in metro. Was quite upset, that it doesn't match with Nankai line, keep it in mind

I recommend that anyone staying in Osaka get an Osaka Amazing Pass. The convenience and the range of attractions are unbelievable for the money. Truly fantastic. I wish every city in Japan had a pass like this.

I liked how easy it was to use, but at times it seemed that there occured some problems regarding the reading of the QR code.

It was a good oportunity to vizit Osaka. Unfortunately the train tickets does not worked and the security personell did now new how to help US. Also, we did not new that at osaka tower tichete were Free ulyil 15.00 hour. This are our complai ts. Best regards!

We purchased the e-pass thinking it was the Amazing Osaka. Upon getting to our destinations we were denied entry and had to also buy the amazing Osaka ticket and spend double the money

The information provided before purchasing the ticket was misleading as you make it seem like Osaka castle is covered in the price which it certainly was not. So I had to join a separate line and pay extra to get into Osaka castle. This is just not right

I purchased the pass to enter Osaka Castle Tower, as declared at the venue. There was an information sign at the entrance that stated 'Osaka Pass / Osaka Pass Premium'. I have bought 4 tickets for the entrance to the Tower right there but we were not allowed to enter since regular Pass is not eligible for Osaka Castle Tower. I tried to cancel my booking or reschedule it for the next day but support team told me it was not possible. Since we already scheduled the day, we were not able to use any out of 4 Passes at all. It is clear, that I purchased the wrongd Passes, but 1. The information, provided at the venue, was definitely confusing. 2. There should be a possibility to cancel the booking right after purchase to provide the better customer experience and avoid wierd situations as I had. I really hope the service will be updated, and I plan to use it next time when I come to beautiful Osaka again.

All the places I tried to visit denied the ticket. The information in the website is not correct, I'd like to have my order cancelled and have my payment back.

Hello, I have already given several feedbacks The pass does not work anywhere. I expect a refund of the price. Only the Amazung pass is accepted in Osaka. The Epass nowhere. We were very annoyed and had to pay everywhere. Please refund the ticket price immediately.

I received tickets for the wrong month (Apeil) They were supposed to be for May 20-21st

It would be better if the places that is within your e pass has detailed direction on how to access. Dont give us the name of the place only. Please it would be better if it goes like this: For Umeda Sky the best route is this . Or that . For Glion museum the best route is that this . . Detailed information because its really time consuming if it will be in our side whose doing the research on how to get there.. . .
