easy and convenient! no issues when entering the expo 😊 we had a great time exploring different pavillions and collecting stamps even though we haven't had the chance to get inside one 😅
The nighttime water show was sensational. Also the amount of effort put into the walking grounds was outstanding. The wood structure with no fasteners was my favourite
Pavilions were well set out and inovately presented. Loved the "Jenga style" wooden pathways surrounding the pavilions. Pity the pavilions struggled to accommodate the volume of people attending the expo
The main structure, pavilions and all facilities, including transportation amd catering arrangements, are all extremely well set. Highly appreciated!
The wooden frame was amazing and it was well organized . Everything went smoothly. Only a bummer was that it started raining so end show with drones was cancelled and that the pavilion and shops closed around 9 already and that the Dutch pavilion was closed ...for a Dutchmen that was a big bummer .
It was very busy and I didn't get into many of the exibits, however full marks for the way it was created. Lived the escalator taking you up to the walkway which gave you a great view of everytbing. I did go into the Monaco pavillion which was beautiful and relaxing. Would have happilly sat in there and relaxed if there had been seating. It was very thought provoking, what are we doing to our oceans and what are we do to preserve them.
The exhibition site is beautifully designed. We enjoy the Korean Pavillion visit and the wonderful outside video. It is woto visit again.
Great diversity in pavillions, good organization, beautiful lightshow at the end of the day, but the higlight is the design: the wooden ring around the Expo, with beautiful greens and flowers and soothing music!
Overall layout was spectacular. Lots of volunteer helpers. Easy access by train. Lots of food options. The view from above was unforgettable.
Expo Osaka is a memorable event. My favorite pavilions are Portugal, France and Korea and be sure to be present for the water and air night show. Ofcorse there should be other fantastic pavilions but it's not possible to visit all of them in two days. For example the German one outside is great but I couldn't get in. There are also nice ideas, add the bamboo bench
Everything was so organised and clean. The employees were kind and very helpful. This was my first Japan visit would love to be back again.
The pavalliiins ,the vast expanse the magnitude of the expo ,only we had less time and didn't know we had to prebook the Pavlions I feel the filling of form should be more easy and even if not pre booked pavalliins some easy method shd be there for all to visit
Exhibits were very impressive. Architecture was amazing. Good food.
Impressive pavilions, unforgettable experience.

Long waiting times in front of many pavilions, some of which can only be visited with prior reservation anyway. If you are traveling from Europe, it is a pity that there is no other solution! However, some of the participating countries have also missed the point, it is not a tourism - or holiday fair...

I have trouble accessing the pavilion. Its all fully booked. Should have an advance reservation for pavilions

I would have loved to do the Jurassic Park ride, but this attraction was not available. But I was able to do quite a few attractions. The other Jurassic Park attraction (for the faint of heart), Family Spy (I loved it), Jaws (I was transported back to my childhood), Harry Potter (mind-blowing). I chose not to do the Nintendo part, because even with the timed entry system, the waiting time on some attractions was 2 hours or more.

Purchased both entry and fast passes though Headout and couldn't have been happier. Arrived at the park at 8:30am and walked practically straight in. The park was amazing and the refillable drink fountains were a bonus. Recommend the fast past in summer to avoid waiting in the heat although the lines moved very fast regardless.
Super! It was really cool, I rode all the roller coasters, visited all the most important attractions. The lines are very long, but it is not difficult to stand in them even for an hour, part of the line is in an interesting setting or with cartoons. We watched one show, it is difficult for those who do not know Japanese, we could not communicate with the host. We did not eat, because it was very hot, but I want to note the butter beer, it was very tasty.

The theming is perfect, each area is spectacular, the rides except for 3 roller coasters, most of them are for small children.

Excellent visit to universal Osaka. Only negative is you either need two days to see the park unless you buy express pass. The negative is the express passes are almost twice the price on average of park admission.
The whole venue was excellent we were there from 915am till close. However the crowds were to much and too many people jammed in attractions, need better crowd control and better access it was hot and no shade lining up for 40 -60+ mins is unacceptable.

Amazing experience! We arrived at 8:00 AM (the park opened at 8:30), which gave us a great head start. As soon as we got in, we headed straight to Super Nintendo World and enjoyed every bit of it. The longest wait was for Donkey Kong — but totally worth it! We stayed until 9:00 PM and managed to do all the thrill rides and scream-worthy attractions. Our top favorites: The Flying Dinosaur, Hollywood Dream, and Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey — absolutely unforgettable! We visited Universal Studios as a family with two teenagers, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Japan!
everything in general is very nice

The highlight of my visit was the view from the top. And the skip the line ticket purchase was fantastic and saved us 30 minutes
I did not expect all of the artifacts and information that were on display! The Osaka Castle is incredible and we learned a great deal about its reconstruction and the Tokugawa period, which was a lot of fun for us. Recommend!
When I realised that online tickets didn't have a line, I purchased straight away online. Amazing experience, super easy and we were in within 5 mins. Would highly recommend. The castle was amazing. Great addition to our trip. 😀
It was really convenient to akip the big line to buy tickets. The castle is beautiful, but the museum inside is too crowded, didn't enjoy as much as I would like to. The garden outside is gorgeous.
No queue thanks to Headout booking. Lift to 5th floor, saving our legs. Great exposition, but only in english and japanese. We did not take the audio-guide. Great time.
The special exhibition was great. There were many interesting antiques on display, as well as reading about the history of Osaka Castle, and activities for those who wanted to do more. I am looking forward to viewing the exhibition catalogue I purchased.
Everything ran smoothly. Wonderful experience.
Super Easy to book and straight forward entering process ..
Appreciated how simple it was to use the tickets.
❤️❤️Japan Go to the world of friendly and welcoming people.
We found the clear and easy of access to the event from the time the train came to a stop was verty helpful. Courteuos and pleasant staff everywhere. The number of activities/pavilions was amazing! In one day we could not even see the whole place no less visit many of the pavilions. I would guess it would take a couple of weeks to see it all. The variety of addmission tickests was great and the prices were very affordable. My one suggestions would be more shade structures in the large open areas. All in all a wonderful experience!
Very convenient , we were there very early n also have one person on wheelchair which made us first one in line👍. Loved the animation with short explanations of what happened...very smart!!
Ticketing experience was quick and easy! The Osaka Castle was great to visit. The top floors were pretty crowded, making it feel extra hot but the other floors were a great experience. Overall, we loved it. We especially like the museum where you could see the underground wall and the informational video.
It was a cool castle but would have loved to see more historical portions of it-or what's left after it burning down a couple times.
A must if you're planning on visiting Osaka Castle. Easy to purchase your tickets using headout and you don't have to wait in line at the castle. Saves a lot of time.
We were happy to avoid the long line for individual ticket purchases! It gave us more time to enjoy our visit to Osaka Castie and the gardens
I enjoyed visiting the Expo and I entered several small pavilions. The only problem was the very long lines at many important pavilions, which made me skip them. This is a pity. Perhaps they should use some numbered ticket entrance line, or something similar.
Having tickets in hand is great, you know your in, and you don't need to line up for a ticket and then line up again to get it. Saves a lot of time and the added cost is minimal.
The castle was amazing, all the history coupled with the amazing view on the top floor made me appreciate the location's history. It's not an experience I'm likely to forget anytime soon!
Osaka castle itself was not really what I expected. It is essentially a modern building in an old looking coat. Check-in through the website was very good. Quick easy and soooo happy to avoid the queues.
It was so easy. We arrived at the castle without a ticket and jumped online to find a ticket while we were standing in the queue. We finished the order and received our tickets in under a minute, just in time to show our QR code to the attendant and walk straight in. Saving 30 minutes of lining up!
Osaka castle was great - my only piece of feedback is around crowd management. Specifically, I note that the inside of Osaka castle is very large (and beautiful) but I wonder if too many people were let inside in case of an emergency. If all people attempted to evacuate at the same time I wonder if the site could be evacuated properly.
I got my tickets online within 2 minutes, while standing in front of the Osaka castle, watching the hundreds of people who were lining up to buy their tickets at the ticket office. Payment using Apple Pay was done within seconds. In another minute, I could bypass the crowds and was able to enter the castle! Awesome!
As a person who finds it exhausting having to que, It was a refreshing experience being able to avoid the long line when visiting Osaka castle.
There was so much great information to help learn about the history of the castle and the surrounding area. The staff was incredibly friendly. The castle was clean and easy to navigate. The views were spectacular.

The Expo was amazing but very difficult to reserve entry times and confusing as you needed to use 2 different apps plus the website...
I was told about the Amazing Pass through a friend who just recently visited Japan and Im very glad I ended up getting the pass for my party of 4. It turned out to be very convenient and I was able to get my money's worth through all the attractions and transit fees I didn't have to pay for individually. It also encouraged us to do more in Osaka than we ha ld originally planned. I highly recommend this pass if you are able to get it.
Many cool attractions are included and traveling by metro is very uncomplicated. The fact that the Qr code expires after 1 minute is sometimes annoying

Japan Pavillion with a focus on sustainability was awesome. The creativity in passing across the message was amazing. It was easier for anyone to understand.
We were there for 3 days. We really enjoyed the site and the pavilions. For anyone who loves geography and history, an exhibition is a must. The only hitch, which was widely recognized on the internet, was the booking system. You had to book via headout, as we easily did. The tricky part was creating an expo id and linking it. We were never able to book pavilions or even find the booking site hidden on the site. Just as complex was adding a day to our package, we had to pay at a FamilyMart, which was impossible. Really surprising to see such a bad system from the Japanese.

Visiting the Umeda Sky Building was a truly wonderful experience. The view from the observation deck was absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. The unique architecture and peaceful atmosphere made it unforgettable.
I didn't realize I had to register on line with Expo to activate ticket until we were in the security line. Excellent Expo staff helped us print a paper ticket and enter.
I enjoyed visiting the Expo and I entered several small pavilions. The only problem was the very long lines at many important pavilions, which made me skip them. This is a pity. Perhaps they should use some numbered ticket entrance line, or something similar.
The building is beautiful and really takes your breath away the first time you look up and see it. The lift on the way up is not for the faint hearted. Look away if you don't like heights!
The Umeda Ski Tower was an excellent experience. Highly recommended. (However getting the ticket through Headout made it difficult. I had to load up an app on my phone to get a pass voucher which couldn't even be printed correctly and therefore couldn't scanned properly for a real ticket. Basically I paid more to be inconvienced by using the Headout. Headout app is now off my phone and I won't make the mistake of dealing with Headout again.)
It was quick and easy to order and receive the ticket however ended up being more expensive than if we bought it at the Umeda Sky Building.
The view was great! Friendly staff and easy to navigate, great signage!
The tower views were amazing and the snaks and drinks facilities were nice.

Way too busy , and that you must pre reservation for the paviljoen, so the lines were too long .good was the way out , good organised for so many people
Great exhibition but too many people made it difficult resp. impossible to visit some key pavillions, like e.g. the Japanese
Most venues requires reservation and the site is not user friendly and it's hard to reserve a venue. It was the worst expo I attended.
Entering the Headout data into the software of the EXPO did not work out. At the end we had to go to the EXPO in order to clarify this issue. The staff there was also surprised, but at the end helpful and flexible.
Ticketing seemed overcomplicated. We had to ask our hotel concierge for help, and it took him 30 minutes to figure it out. Then we realized we were supposed to make reservtions for the idividual pavillions, but were to late to do so.
The process for obtaining a ticket and a specific entry time is too complicated, and the process for getting into a Pavilion was impossibly difficult. So frustrating. Enormously long queues and impossible to get into a pavillion using the App.
I liked the expo and the multicultural feeling. Great buildings, nice atmosphere, nice people. Nice to experience it! But oh God, how difficult can it be to get the tickets done?! Registration here, mail there, code here,...
I was having a problem on arrival to download my tickets. A volunteer came up to me and took us straight through. Loved visiting it was fabulous.
It wasn't nice experience because the expo 2025 is great. The problem is that there was so many people that it was impossible to enter almost to any of the pavilions without making a long queue.
Scheduled for a tour in Japan arriving 2 days earlier and found out about the World Expo. Jumped on the opportunity to get tickets for this event. This was an awesome experience.
Was a good, all be it, busy day. Couldn't work out how to book pavillions so missed quite a few. We plan to go back again so it isn't really an issue. Queues weren't as bad as I'll expected, being that it was golden week sunday. As the tickets we listed as being valid untl 22:00 it was rather disappointing to discover the pavillions all shutting on the dot of 20:00.
There was no way of linking my ticket to my registration. 1. Long wait for the team to figure out my ticket to allow me entery 2. Because i could not link my ticker I could not reserve any pavilions. Including Japan pavilion which was my main reason for going to expo.
Once purchased the ticket, it should come with a QR code. It should not take further steps to register an account to input the voucher id manually to get the qr code. Especially for foreign visitors that should make it as simple as possible. As a result, I was assisted by the onsite staff to help me activate and print the tickets. It tooks me another 10 minutes at least to get the printed tickets.
