It was great! Had so many inclusions ! We enjoyed the experiences more than anything! Got to go to a Giant ferris wheel, ride on the Osaka metro. Enjoyed the Osaka castle. There were probably few other things I'm sure we missed. Wish it had a little more specifics about what it included especially with the activities and Trains.. for example did you know it doesn't include the entirety of the nankai line? Especially out to izumisano. More details on what's included would be great so people who like to be prepared know what they're in for and can plan and accommodate.
I could skip the waiting line and used the fast lane for the Osaka Castle, also I saved a lot ön transportation.
Loved the ease of use - skipping long queues was a definite bonus, and the cost saving to all the sights included was also appreciated
It was a good oportunity to vizit Osaka. Unfortunately the train tickets does not worked and the security personell did now new how to help US. Also, we did not new that at osaka tower tichete were Free ulyil 15.00 hour. This are our complai ts. Best regards!
Very good it was working very well Not faced event single trouble during 2 days usage We have covered maximum places using this card
Highly recommend this pass—it covers a wide range of activities and attractions. I suggest getting the 2-day option, as it allows you to explore all over Osaka with ease. I didn’t have to wait in line for anything
A great variety of experiences to use with the pass. We felt we had a great couple of days and saw everything we wanted . Brilliant value and easy to use . I enjoyed the sky building the most
COnvienent. Also shorter (no) ticket line at Osaka castle. WOuld have been great, but there is no Wifi and data reception at the turnstiles in Ebisuchō Station. I had to go to an exit and run back to the turnstile before 60 seconds was up.
Excellent value. Easy to use once you realise that you use the train / facilities ticket for the principle attractions, not just the train. Only problem is that the QT code is only valid for use for 1 minute after loading, which is easily reset, but we did come to one station where there was no mobile or WiFi coverage which is needed each time to generate the codes
The experience was excellent and with the tickets we were able to do many activities and save money. I recommend using the pass to anyone going to Osaka.

It was fantastic! Free buses, Free Metros, many attractions. Awesome experience at a minimal cost. I think one day is not enough. I recommend a two day travel to cover everything available in Osaka. Top pick.
We made it so the ticket was well worth it. We traveled by bus and visited many facilities, like osaka castle, history museum, Kinutani art museum, ferris wheel...
We had a great day at the Castle. The skip the line tickets saved us over 30 minutes queuing in the brilliant sunshine. We walked straight up to the gate, showed our tickets, straight in and to the top of the tower. The view is beautiful. Definitely worth it to pre book
We stayed in Osaka for 3 days and purchased the 2-day pass and boy, did we make the most of it! We travelled on the metro, visited as many sites as we could and got the discounts on other attractions and food - well worth it!!
Being able to go straight in was awesome as there was a huge line for tickets. The sites were great as well. Thanks so much for the easy experience!
Everything was OK, and not really your problem but using the transport barcode was a little difficult for 3 people. Could not find a way to send the barcode to the other parties. Otherwise all good.
Nice having all in one but not sure I would buy again as rail is not expensive and there is no where near enough time in one day to do a fraction of the sights - we basically just did the castle so I expect for this ticket paid way, way more that we would have.
Great to visit the great history site.
Amazing value for money! Very easy to use once you work it out. So many experiences included!!

Excellent visit to universal Osaka. Only negative is you either need two days to see the park unless you buy express pass. The negative is the express passes are almost twice the price on average of park admission.
The whole venue was excellent we were there from 915am till close. However the crowds were to much and too many people jammed in attractions, need better crowd control and better access it was hot and no shade lining up for 40 -60+ mins is unacceptable.
Had a great experience and it is a beautiful place to visit. I will definitely come back. The rides were great and the shows were awesome. Staff were very friendly.
Incredible place, suggest you book two full days to explore and see the shows on offer. Everything organized and clean. Central restaurant with good food at a fair price. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing experience! We arrived at 8:00 AM (the park opened at 8:30), which gave us a great head start. As soon as we got in, we headed straight to Super Nintendo World and enjoyed every bit of it. The longest wait was for Donkey Kong — but totally worth it! We stayed until 9:00 PM and managed to do all the thrill rides and scream-worthy attractions. Our top favorites: The Flying Dinosaur, Hollywood Dream, and Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey — absolutely unforgettable! We visited Universal Studios as a family with two teenagers, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Japan!
The Harry Potter World was fantastic and unbeatable better then anything else. So nice Souvenirs, but unfortunatly seriously a way to expensiv. Easy ticket entrance and nice and friendly staff. I was heaps dissapointed from the Super Mario World Rides tho. Not worth it at all to wait in a queue for that! The queues in generell were to long, we missed out on heaps of things because of that. But those details in the Mario world were awesome, good on you! the Jurassic World and Harry potter world were my favourites

Very good experience!!! I was looking forward to go, because I could realize my dream of knowing the Nintendo world, especially for my favorite game. donkey was the best of life. Thank you very much, it was easy to make the purchase and also fulfills what one contracts. Regards

Selection of rides at the park was very good. We particularly liked rides that were a little different like backdrop and koopa karts. We missed out on Minecraft madness because the ride broke down and there was no indication if we would be able to get on if we stayed. The nintendo world area was spectacular but too busy to really be enjoyable for us Otherwise
The rides and shows are great but you can't experience very many due to over admittance and even the areas you have to reserve time for are over crowded.
The Nintendo area was spectacular and the roaming performers were excellent. I loved the characters coming out to meet the visitors and noticed how they took time to talk to individual children. The staff were exceptional and always polite and smiling. We enjoyed the Water World show however we struggled to find other performances because we couldn't figure out what happened where. We spent a lot of time looking at maps. The crowds were excessive. It took so long in lines and to walk around which meant we really did not cover most of the park. My phone ran out of power and the Charge Spot did not accept Australian PayPal cards. I know we are in Japan but some English translation would have been good on the shows. I would have bought an express pass but was unsure what it provided.
Easy to access, tickets were available in e-version on the app. Easy passage through the gate with QR code to enter the park. Park with magnificent scenery. Japanese staff are welcoming, smiling and caring. The attractions are immersive. Marioland is extra ordinary, even though it's crowded! Remember to reserve a time slot to access it with the USJ app. Meals are accessible. We had an excellent day.

The rides were fun, quick to queue and definitely worth the €60 entrance fee. The backdrops are also incorrigible and unique.

Head out é star impeccable with the tickets. Both for the speed with which they communicated and emailed me the tickets , and for the service received in general. We had no problems at all and the park attractions were great!

Need to know:
The main structure, pavilions and all facilities, including transportation amd catering arrangements, are all extremely well set. Highly appreciated!
It was very busy and I didn't get into many of the exibits, however full marks for the way it was created. Lived the escalator taking you up to the walkway which gave you a great view of everytbing. I did go into the Monaco pavillion which was beautiful and relaxing. Would have happilly sat in there and relaxed if there had been seating. It was very thought provoking, what are we doing to our oceans and what are we do to preserve them.
The exhibition site is beautifully designed. We enjoy the Korean Pavillion visit and the wonderful outside video. It is woto visit again.
Great diversity in pavillions, good organization, beautiful lightshow at the end of the day, but the higlight is the design: the wooden ring around the Expo, with beautiful greens and flowers and soothing music!
Overall layout was spectacular. Lots of volunteer helpers. Easy access by train. Lots of food options. The view from above was unforgettable.
Expo Osaka is a memorable event. My favorite pavilions are Portugal, France and Korea and be sure to be present for the water and air night show. Ofcorse there should be other fantastic pavilions but it's not possible to visit all of them in two days. For example the German one outside is great but I couldn't get in. There are also nice ideas, add the bamboo bench
Great weather and not too crowded
Very happy to have be in Osaka for this unique event !
A lot of countries united in peace and show respect for each culture in a world full of problems and sadness.
the organization and distribution of all the pavillion was spotless.
Awesome displays of each country! Very unique
The size of event and the architecture was really interesting
It's memorable because it was our first trip to Japan and the World Expo was definitely a treat to see more cultural displays apart from the Japanese culture. The event is organized despite the crowd!
The Osaka Expo / Worlds fair was a great experience. It was very interesting to see how each country wanted to portray themselves to the world. Gotta stay to the end for an amazing sky show! Easy to get to with the local subway, and at the end a huge crowd moved through the transit station seamlessly.
Very good it was working very well Not faced event single trouble during 2 days usage We have covered maximum places using this card
The Osaka expo 2025 was very impressive, the entry tickets for east gate were ok, as even if we arrived at west gate, we could enter !
The issue was that it was difficult to find the 10 digit code on the ticket and so I called up headout from my event which was in Japan. I waited for someone to answer while on hold and then it hung up on me. I called back and it did the same thing. Everybody else in line had a QR code to immediately get in but I didn't have anything so was very concerned. When I finally go to the front of the line, they took me into the office and validated that code, so I eventually did get in.
Way too busy , and that you must pre reservation for the paviljoen, so the lines were too long .good was the way out , good organised for so many people
Great exhibition but too many people made it difficult resp. impossible to visit some key pavillions, like e.g. the Japanese
Highly recommend this pass—it covers a wide range of activities and attractions. I suggest getting the 2-day option, as it allows you to explore all over Osaka with ease. I didn’t have to wait in line for anything
Most venues requires reservation and the site is not user friendly and it's hard to reserve a venue. It was the worst expo I attended.
I had not reserved any exibits in advance, and I suggest one does if there is any particulare ones you want to see. The waiting times for some where up to 2 hours standing in line. That's not for me. However, I spent my time seeing exhibits of smaller nations and watched the hordes of people. walk by. There are not a lot of places where one might see such a mixture of the human species on full exposure. It was a great experience and the Headout app worked well, excpect with one issue. I bought 2 days of one person tickets and neither one ever had a barcode to use. I had to go the a special office near tthe entance to the World Expo so they could manually print me my barcode on paper. Without it, you don't get in.
Entering the Headout data into the software of the EXPO did not work out. At the end we had to go to the EXPO in order to clarify this issue. The staff there was also surprised, but at the end helpful and flexible.
Love the place but difficult to get in. You Buy the tickets y one plataform, but you have to download the QR in another one.
Ticketing seemed overcomplicated. We had to ask our hotel concierge for help, and it took him 30 minutes to figure it out. Then we realized we were supposed to make reservtions for the idividual pavillions, but were to late to do so.
